Rick Reynolds is a senior consultant and founder of Vital X Consulting Group. An executive with 17 years of comprehensive experience in consulting and operations leadership, his diverse background includes plant management, engineering, purchasing, financial analysis, and advanced quality methodologies.

Trained in the delivery of Balanced Scorecard, Six Sigma and Lean methodologies, Rick has provided strategic and operational training and consulting support to over 30 organizations representing a diverse mix of industries including America Online, ABB, Office Depot, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida, Trinity Health System, Nationwide Insurance, GMAC Commercial Mortgage, General Dynamics, Qwest Communications, Siemens, Lexmark, Hitachi and Gulfstream.

Rick earned an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering degree from Auburn University. He is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and a registered professional engineer.
